The AI Integrity Check

Your team is already using AI to produce geopolitical analysis — and it's a useful starting point. But AI-generated analysis misses context, overstates confidence, or gets the nuance wrong in ways that matter. We serve as the senior human authority who validates AI-generated analysis for factual accuracy and analytical soundness before it drives a decision.

The approach

Senior judgment first. Technology in service of it.

Established firms can be expensive and slow to reach, while off-the-shelf AI moves fast but misses what matters. Our practice is built to sit between the two: senior-led and always responsive, technology enabled. We never confuse the tool for the judgment.

  • A direct line to the principal.
You work with, and hear directly from, the person making the assessment — an open, responsive line of communication rather than a relationship managed through intermediaries.
  • Proprietary risk-evaluation technology.
A purpose-built proprietary tool structures and accelerates the analysis — but the judgments are predicated on the experience and expertise of our principals.
  • Discretion as a default.
No name-dropping, no publicity, no trading on who we work for. In this business, discretion isn't a limitation — it's the entire point, and the reason clients trust us with what they won't say elsewhere.
The principal

Jonathan Panikoff

Jonathan Panikoff

Jonathan Panikoff advises senior leaders and investors at the intersection of national security and global markets. Today he leads programs on Middle East and South Asia political, leadership, and security issues — spanning regional conflicts, Iran, China's role in the region, and Europe–Gulf relations — and works on the geoeconomics of foreign investment.

He served as the U.S. deputy national intelligence officer for the Near East at the National Intelligence Council, overseeing the intelligence community's assessments on the region and briefing the most senior policymakers, including the President. His final government assignment was as director of the intelligence community's Investment Security Group, leading its work on foreign investment into the United States, including CFIUS and Team Telecom.

The practice is deliberately small, so that every client gets the one thing that cannot be automated: accountable senior judgment from someone who has operated where the stakes were highest.
